Our programs are ongoing.  We never stop.  Classes are month to month.  We require a 30-day notice before the end of the month to drop a class. One-hour class is $70 a month  We offer a 10% discount for siblings and a student taking a second class is $35 per month.  If you register in the middle of the month that month will be prorated.  We allow make-up for classes missed at your convenience.

• Gymnastics for ages 2 and up. 

We use a progression of skills for each level on bars, beam, floor, and vault. Our Preschool class is a beginner class for ages 2-4 years.Our Level 1 class is a beginner class for ages 5 and up.  This is a beginner class for students with no experience in gymnastics. A progression of skills will be taught on Bar, Beam, Floor, and Vault. The focus will be on rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, pullovers, casting, various walks on beam, mounts, jumping on the springboard, and squat vaults.

Our Level 2  classes are based on skillsThis class is for a student that has gymnastics experience. They must be able to do a cartwheel and handstand. Skills on Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault will be taught in progression. The focus will be on round-offs, backbends, standing backbend to pull up, pull over, cast, back hip circles, leaps, jumps, and turns on beam, straight jump to handstand flatback on vault.

Our level 3 class is based on skills.  This class is for the more advanced gymnastics student. Each student must be able to do a standing backbend pull-up, round-off, and handstand. Skills will be taught in progression. The focus is back walkover, front walkover, back handspring, handstand forward roll, pull over, back hip circle, shoot thru, mill circle, sole circle dismount, mounts, leaps, jumps, handstands on beam, and front handspring flat-back on vault.

Our classes are a month to month.  We require a 30 day notice to drop before the 1st of the month to drop from the class at the end of that month.
